DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Please read this agreement carefully before completing your order. By completing your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this agreement.

ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product sold by the SELLER to the BUYER, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY CONDITIONS

5.1  Ribbon Flowers does not offer standard cargo shipping. Deliveries are made by our own courier team with same-day delivery within Istanbul.

5.2  The product will be delivered to the delivery address specified and the time slot selected by the BUYER during the order process.

5.3  If the delivery is to be made to a person other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if that person refuses to accept the delivery.

5.4  In the event of a delay due to adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic or similar force majeure events, the SELLER will inform the BUYER in advance.

5.5  The delivery fee will be stated separately during the order process.

ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1  The BUYER acknowledges having read and approved the preliminary information regarding the product's basic characteristics, price, payment method and delivery details prior to completing the order.

6.2  If the payment is not received or is cancelled, the SELLER is relieved of the delivery obligation.

6.3  The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in complete condition, as specified in the order.

6.4  If the BUYER cancels the order, the payment will be refunded within 14 days from the date the cancellation request is received.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1  Flowers and floral arrangements are perishable goods that are not suitable for return by their nature and may expire within a short period.

7.2  Therefore, pursuant to Article 15/1(c) of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the BUYER does not have the right of withdrawal.

7.3  However, the BUYER is entitled to a full refund if the order is cancelled before delivery.

ARTICLE 8 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data of the BUYER is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Please refer to our KVKK Privacy Notice for detailed information. Explicit consent for marketing communications is obtained separately.

ARTICLE 9 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1  Turkish law shall apply to any disputes arising from this agreement.

9.2  Any complaints or disputes may be referred to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the domicile of the BUYER or SELLER.
