DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
Please read this agreement carefully before approving it. By completing your order, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of the product sold by the SELLER to the BUYER, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

5.1 Ribbon Flowers does not offer standard shipping services. Deliveries are made via its own courier team, and same-day delivery is available within Istanbul.
5.2 The product will be delivered according to the delivery address and time slot selected by the BUYER during the order process.
5.3 If delivery is to be made to a person other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if that person refuses to accept the delivery.
5.4 If delivery is delayed due to adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic, or similar force majeure events, the SELLER shall inform the BUYER in advance.
5.5 Delivery fee will be specified separately during the order process.
6.1 The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and approved the preliminary information, including the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method, and delivery information, before completing the order.
6.2 If payment for the product is not received or is cancelled, the SELLER shall be deemed released from its delivery obligations.
6.3 The SELLER is responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered in accordance with the specifications in the order and in good condition.
6.4 If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the refund request.
7.1 Flowers and flower arrangements are considered perishable products, unsuitable for return due to their nature, and may expire quickly.
7.2 Therefore, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
7.3 However, if the order is cancelled before delivery takes place, the BUYER is entitled to a full refund.
Personal data belonging to the BUYER is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Please review the Personal Data Protection Law Disclosure Statement for detailed information . Your explicit consent is also obtained for marketing communications.
9.1 Turkish law shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement.
9.2 All complaints and objections may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Board or the Consumer Court located at the domicile of the BUYER or SELLER, in accordance with the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
