• Order and contract information: 10 years from the contract termination date (Turkish Code of Obligations, Article 146)
• Invoice and payment information: 5 years (Tax regulations)
• Customer complaints and requests: 3 years (Consumer legislation)
• Marketing and commercial communication data: Until explicit consent is withdrawn.
• Cookies and technical data: Depending on the cookie type, valid until the end of the session or for a maximum of 2 years.

8. YOUR RIGHTS ARISING FROM THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK)
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), you have the following rights:

• If it has been processed, request information about it.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used for its intended purpose.
• Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred, whether domestically or internationally.
• Requesting corrections if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.
• Requesting deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).
• Requesting that third parties to whom the correction and deletion processes were communicated be notified.
• You have the right to object to an unfavorable outcome resulting solely from analysis by automated systems.
• You have the right to claim compensation for damages if you have suffered harm due to processing that violates the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).
